If you ever receive a call, text, or email that feels suspicious, hang up or stop responding immediately and contact us directly at 800-284-1144 to confirm the message’s authenticity.

  • Report fraudulent text messages or emails by sending a screenshot and the sender’s phone number to security@flcu.org.

  • Forward suspicious texts to 7726 (SPAM) so carriers can investigate and block those numbers.

  • Do not click on any links in suspicious messages.
