Flora® is designed to make banking easy. She can help you check account balances, transfer money between accounts and make loan payments among many other uses. To get started, you will need your FCU member number and personal identification number (PIN).
Ask Flora® to:
- Verify ATM deposits and withdrawals
- Find out if checks cleared
- Obtain loan information
- Make loan payments
How can I Access Flora®?
It's easy to bank over the phone with Flora®. Just follow the steps below:
- Call 1-800-284-1144 or your local FCU branch.
- When asked how your call can be directed, press "1."
- Be prepared to give your member number and PIN provided at account opening
What are some sample questions I can ask Flora®?
Here are some general questions you can ask:
- What is the credit union’s routing number?
- What is your mailing address?
- What types of products do you offer?
- How do I set up direct deposit?
Here are some account-specific requests you can make:
- What is my checking account balance?
