Michelle McArtney

Michelle’s journey into mortgage lending was inspired by her aunt, who owned a mortgage company and helped first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams. After starting in consumer finance, Michelle quickly advanced into mortgage lending and never looked back. With extensive experience in underwriting, wholesale lending, and mortgage guidelines, she brings deep expertise and a passion for educating others. First-time homebuyers are her favorite to work with, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to help turn their dream of homeownership into reality.
 
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys biking, traveling, concerts, and exploring Florida’s springs and beaches, often with a paddleboard or snorkel in hand. She also loves spending time with her family and her two beloved rescue dogs, Sugar and Spice. Michelle brings a strong sense of community and connection to everything she does, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
