In 2020, Melinda started her career in the mortgage industry after working in the property preservation field for 10 years. She has served in many roles within the real estate department, including experience as a mortgage processor and a mortgage closer. Melinda loves the personal aspect of being a Mortgage Loan Originator as it gives her the opportunity to build relationships with homebuyers and help them achieve their home ownership goals.
Originally from Ohio, Melinda and her husband moved to Florida in 2016 to escape the cold winters. She loves spending time with her husband and seven fur babies (4 dogs and 3 cats), as well as going to the springs, reading books, playing cards, and riding ATV’s with friends.
