Ann Zisa

Ann has been part of Florida Credit Union since 2013, building her expertise across all consumer loan products before transitioning into mortgage lending. With experience as a loan underwriter and mortgage processor, she understands the full scope of the mortgage process and uses that knowledge to guide members every step of the way. Ann focuses on building trust through open communication, making sure members feel informed, involved, and confident—while breaking down complex information into clear, easy-to-understand terms.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and their two energetic puppies, fishing, singing karaoke with friends, and creating fun, lighthearted content on TikTok. She also values quality time with her mom and sister. Originally from Jamaica, Ann moved to Florida in 2004 in pursuit of new opportunities and is proud to now call it home.
