With Florida Credit Union's mobile app, you can do almost anything you can do at an FCU branch.

  • View balances and set up balance alerts for your free checking account and savings accounts.
  • View and print your past and present monthly statements.
  • Transfer funds between FCU accounts (make payments to an FCU loan using your debit card or external bank account)
  • Save time. Apply for loans using prefilled information available through the app.
  • Check your free monthly FICO® Score.
  • Pay bills and deposit checks in a matter of moments.
  • Send money to another person using Bill Pay.  Just select "Add and manage payees", then use the purple plus button to add a new payee.

To access your accounts using mobile banking, you’ll need your online home banking username and password. If you don't have access to online banking, you can register by using the "Sign up now" link on the FCU Mobile App.

You can also access your accounts through FCU’s Mobile App by downloading it through the Apple Store or Google Play Store at the links below. If you do not have an Apple or Android device, visit your device’s application store to locate FCU’s Mobile App. Sign In using your username and password in the app to access your accounts.

For a quicker login experience with FCU’s mobile app, you can set up Face ID, Touch ID, and Snapshot to sign in using compatible Apple devices. Touch ID and Snapshot are available on compatible Android devices.

What operating system do I need for FCU’s mobile app?

FCU’s app operates using:

  • All iOS devices with the last 2 major operating system versions
  • All Android devices with an operating system version 5.0 and above

Manage your accounts with the Financial Wellness widget, part of FCU Anywhere Mobile Banking. The widget provides tools for saving and budgeting. 
 

How to Edit Transaction Descriptions and Categories

To help you easily view and analyze your accounts, each transaction in the Financial Wellness Widget contains a transaction description and is also assigned a category. The transaction description provides details about the individual transaction, while the category defines the type of transaction which has occured. 

These labels are designed to help keep your money organized.

How to Set Up a Savings Goal

Create savings goals for the things you want most.

Select Savings Goals from top right menu in the Financial Wellness Widget. Then, choose the plus icon. Simply title your goal, enter the amount of your goal and set a target date for completion.

To meet your goal, fund your savings account at the monthly average calculated by the widget. Then, watch your progress circle fill up and your goal percentage increase over time!

Apple Pay

For iPads and iPhones 6 or newer, you have the option of using Apple Pay.

  • Open the settings app on your phone and scroll to the “Wallet and Apple Pay” tab.
  • If your card is already on file, all you’ll need to do is add your CVV number and you’re all set.
  • If you don’t have your card stored for app store purchases,  you can do so by navigating to “Settings” and selecting “Apple ID.”
  • Scroll down and select  “Payment & Shipping”
  • Enter your credit / debit card number.
  • You can also enter your card by selecting the Wallet app and pressing the + icon in the top right hand corner.
  • Once your card and security code have been entered, your phone is all set to be used for payment!

Google Pay

  • Download the Google Pay app for your smartphone or device.  In order to use Google Pay, you must have a Google or Gmail account.
  • Log in using your email address; if your phone number is connected to your account, you can log in using this as well.
  • Add your debit and/or credit card number and the CVV security code on the back of your card.
  • Alternatively, you can also just take a picture of your card using your phone’s camera, and your info will be transferred automatically.

Samsung Pay

  • Download the Samsung Pay app from Google Play
  • Open the Samsung Pay app
  • Set up your card within the Samsung Pay app.
  • Tap pay and designate/enter in the required security information. Hold up the back of the phone to the contactless reader to complete your purchase.
