Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Administrator will work directly alongside FCU’s senior leadership team and Board of Directors as a trusted partner on governance, executive operations, and high-impact organizational initiatives. This is a highly visible role for someone who brings business acumen, polish, and sound judgment, and who wants to see their work shape the direction of the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high level administrative, operational, and board support to ensure the smooth functioning of organizational governance and internal operations.
- Manages complex scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, and project coordination while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Deliver essential operational support across the organization ensuring efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and well-coordinated internal processes.
- Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed as well as assessing training needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and three to four years’ administrative or executive support experience
- Masters degree preferred.
- Experience supporting boards, committees or senior leadership preferred
- Any similar combination of education and experience
