Position Overview:
Originate portfolio and investment quality loans by selling Florida Credit Union’s loan products, prices, and services to meet the needs of its client base-Realtors, Builders, Homebuyers, and others. Participate in related business development activities including but not limited to; business trade shows, select employee group events, home shows, Realtor trade shows, open houses, etc. This position reports to the AVP of Mortgage.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Originate portfolio and investment quality loans by selling FCU loan products and services to meet the needs of its client base-Realtors, Builders, Homebuyers, and others
- Participate in related business development activities including business trade shows, select employee group events, home shows, Realtor trade shows, open houses, etc.
- Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each loan originated from application to closing
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience
- A passion for sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- A current driver's license
- Great teamwork and communication skills
